「The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. 「Accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean, well kept & genuinely my stay was just as my home, away from home. During this "2026 Snowstorm" my flight was cancelled. The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels. If I could rate 10 stars I certainly would. their very best to ease me under a vercurcsituation 」
