「Nice Stay」

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....

「Had to add one more day to my stay. Made separate reservation as there was no option to add online. Called the property to ask if we could stay in the same room as the 2nd reservation was a room with a tub. They said they took care of it. I also got a response online to my online request that it was taken care. They gave me a room with a tub at check in so I assumed everything was taken care of. But that was not the case. Our keys wouldn't work when we came back the 3rd day. Front desk...

「Really great stay and place was very clean and staff was super friendly. Gym facility was amazingly well kept and room was beyond great. Huge bed, nice clean shower. A must stay whenever in Bozeman.」
