「The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart. They didnt accept my chime bank card and would not accept cash so i wound up receiving an overdraft fee of 28 dollars on my bank card after being told my card was only going to be charged for the $100 incidental deposit and wound up charging for the...

「Overall it was out dated and smelly. Furniture had stains on it which I was afraid to sit on. Okay for a one night stay since it’s close to the hospital. 」

「The breakfast was ok. The coffee was not the best. Although the Older ladies next to me thought it was good! :) compared it to McDonald’s. The rooms were nice and big, but had a feeling the floors could use a good cleaning. Overall no real complaints. 」

「Breakfast was very quickly put away so we didnt feel welcomed to attend. The ac in the room was inoperable and while it wasnt a hot night it still wasnt ideal. The room was great. We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip and this one was by far my favorite room. The price wasnt bad at all. 」
