「No complaints here! It was everything I wanted for our vacation: walkable to everything we needed, clean, quiet, friendly staff, free coffee! I would recommend and stay again!! 」

「The hotel and room was immaculate. The hotel decor has a pleasing esthetic which is calm and soothing. It is like being in a large hotel room in Japan. The room itself has a deep tub for creating your own personal "onsen" (Japanese bath) experience, as well as a public "onsen" too, which we did not utilize due to time constraints. The drinks in the gift shop were reasonably priced too. We will stay here again.」

「It's convenient to check in, The service attitude is also very good, and the environment is very comfortable and clean.but the sound insulation is not very good. I often hear the sound of sliding doors.」

「Being there in the fall, it was a very nice place. Only downside was n WIFI on Saturday and Sunday. The swimming pool was out of order. The people in room 108 where having sex and we heard the lady loudly ( I had my 5yr old grandson with us.)」

「Clean room, (but we never had any staff clean our room I don’t know if that was on us or them). The staff were all really nice down from the bartender to the receptionist. There was coffee and tea in the hotel room, along with plenty of towels (even more upon request). Overall the hotel was very relaxing and peaceful.
