"Property needs fixing up. Ceiling, floors, shrubbery in need of better upkeep. Has run down look. Restaurant noisy with the music from the bar. Can't even talk across the table. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is old and somewhat rundown. There are some nice amenities including ice water, snacks for purchase and a bar/restaurant. My kids enjoyed using the indoor pool and hot tub. There was a car race going on at the park next door. The cars were still racing at 10:30 on Friday night. It was loud from the race and hard to fall asleep. "

The property is always clean, spacious, and accessible. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone; it is by far the nicest in the Visalia area I've ever stayed at."
