「The only complaint I have is there were bugs in the bathroom that came out in the middle of the night when I was using the bathroom. I told the front desk person and she told me they would have someone take care of it. It was fine the next night, but the bugs were back the night after that one. I was very unhappy that the problem was unsolved.」
