「Everything was great except for the pool. My family of four went down to use the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of service. Fine. The doors were all marked with “swim at your own risk,” and that “children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.” When we arrived, a family was already using the indoor portion of the pool, which is not that big. Our crew headed to the outside portion, but we were told by a “lifeguard” that we had to stay inside. He offered no explanation...

「The bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put things. My toiletry bag can only be placed on the toilet seat. The water in the basin is either very cold or boiling. The bathing area is outrageous. The shower head is terrible and the water flow is small. Moreover, the bathing area does not have an enclosed bathtub or steps. As soon as I took a shower, water flowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and my shoes were soaked. The bed was very bad, and the pillows were uncomfortable and...
