「I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott.」

「The coffee that’s in the room is not good and is in all in 1 coffee and filters. I would bring your own coffee filters if you are bringing your own coffee. The room is a good size, just wish there was a dining table with 2-3 chairs instead of a tall desk. For a family of 4, it needs work. My husband and I sat on the couch to eat and our oldest sat in the rolling desk chair, there were no other chairs. The couch can fit 2 adults and 1 child, it is very small.
