「The hotel is under new management, we used to always stay here when it was an IHG hotel indigo but the Marriot did a fantastic job as well. The remodel actually feel more authentic to new Orleans but still upscale. Staff was friendly, location is great... we loce the garden district. Will definitely stay again.」

「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」

「The entire staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to my needs and help me locate great places around the city. A special shout out to the front desk receptionists. They were extremely friendly and nice. Always spoke as I walked by. I forget her name, by the amazing young woman who checked me in. I want to say thanks for making my stay so much better. 「Hotel is very convenient going to and from zoo, and other attractions around New Orleans. Staff were very nice and informative. Bonus that it has free parking and free breakfast.」

「Room and hotel was clean, but a/c filter needs to be replaced, causing a musty smell in the room. Mattress needs to be replaced, very sunken in. Need more items for breakfast! 」

「Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber zweckmäßig. Bett für zwei Personen ziemlich schmal. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an Interstate und Bahn. Das Highlight war das Frühstück. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Omelett, gekochte Eier, Aufschnitt. Einfach toll zubereitet 」

「This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable. There is easy access to the Garden District and it’s a quick ride to other popular neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The history of the property was unique. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the front porch!! It would have been nice to have a small restaurant within the Henry Hotel.」

「The staff was spot on, kind and friendly as we went through two rainstorms that knocked out power and took systems offline. Staff was right there with support and solutions. Such a convenient location when you learn the bus and trolley system. We will stay here again. 」
