「Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.」

「Property was very good for a stay and if someone wants to stay near the nature, this is the best option one can opt for. 」

「This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.」

「It was a nice experience in a very comfortable room with a little refrigerator, good shower, good AC, and comfortable bed, and a nice restaurant. The staff was easy to work with and helped arrange my sight-seeing, and even helped change dollars at a good rate. Would I stay there again? You bet, the next time I'm in Aurangabad.」

「This hotel is within walking distance of the train station. If you are American this would compare to a Motel 6. Not European sparkling clean, but hygienic. The staff is wonderfully helpful and the roof top resturant is very good. I arrived after midnight and although the restuarant was offically closed for room service, they broght dinner.」

「清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。」

「Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.」
