「There is no elevator. The smell in the corridor is very bad. The room also smells very bad.」

「the carpet in room 116 has something left to be desired. I was told that room 116 was a no pets room but the inside of the door told a different story seeing that the the bottom of the door was all scratched up from a dog.」

「Water pressure on the shower was a little low. Get a room with a balcony if you can!」

「Alooot of kids couldn't enjoy pool or hot tubs in peace...the connecting rooms did not damper and noise either. Don't pay 30$ for parking either had to hunt a spot down every time I would leave and come back.」

「The studio roll out bed was terrible. They provided a mattress to put on top of the bed. This made a huge difference and slept well.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
