Jericho 3 Stars Hotels

"Nicest hotel I've been in a long time. Can't believe this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"Valaina was the best part of our 7 night stay. She was always so welcoming and greeted us with a smile. All of the staff including housekeeping were very friendly and eager to accommodate … if given the right tools, this hotel could be exceptional. The breakfast was not that great. Please consider offering waffles/ variety of fruit daily. The milk was spoiled. The pool was missing half the water and we had to wait 2 days to use it. I canceled my reservations at another hotel specifically for the waffles seen in your hotel pictures and the pool. (My daughter loves both). The rooms are so dated, even my kids notes how dark and dingy they were. If you are planning on cooking bring your own pans and cooking utensils as these were not available. The doors are extremely heavy and the key cards don’t work very well sometimes took 3-4 times to open the door. The laundry machines are dated but did the job. Would have been nice to have a few machines on each floor. Again.. your staff, without a doubt, were the best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time. Now give them the tools they need to make this a hotel everyone will want to come back to. "
