「The front desk person was extremely kind. The problem was the room. My room was not cleaned, chips & other items on the carpet, food left in the refrigerator, cleaning towels left on the desk, and no towels in the restroom. I called the front office to voice my complaint and was told I would be reassigned to another room. Once I get to the front desk, I was told there were no available rooms. 「Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy」

「The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.」

「Ice machines on two floors were out of service. Also A/C leaked and there was a large wet spot on the floor the morning I checked out.」
