「Good location 」

「房間乾淨整潔，位置於市中心，但房租價相對較貴」

「Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area) Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Overall, its good enough given the price.」

「The Reception was struggling to find the guest confirmation which sometimes get irritating as we are going with an exhausted journey」

「Good location but my room was so dirty, I bought cleaning products for bathroom. There were cockroaches. Breakfast was not provided as promised on my booking. I could see into the staff area and it was very untidy/dirty. I found staff were hard to communicate with. The doorman/security was nice/helpful. 」

「I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced.」

「Lovely central location to all the main sights. Large comfortable bed in a clean room. Decent breakfast to start the day with freshly cooked eggs etc. The whole place was a bit tired and needed a female touch. All in all a decent place 」

「髒髒的，沒有熱水可以淋浴，向飯店反映是說會處理，不過最後還是洗了幾天冷水澡。(所幸天氣不冷)」

「The property was situated in the city's heart. I didn't feel protected, and it wasn't as enticing as I had thought from the photographs. For a female traveller, it fell short of my expectations. However, it's a decent, reasonably priced hotel. 」

「Light couldn't turn off at night. Towels were not supplied initially. Eventually switched to a different room with working light switch but towels were not clean. Service by employees was good.」

「I will advice all not to book this property and remove this property from advertising in your booking site as they are seeking same room many and guest have to fight to get a room」
