「No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.」

We were in a disabled room (I had specifically requested a ground floor room which the hotel promptly agreed to, although we didn't specifically require the disabled facilities).
