「We never got to stay in Rocky Point suites 2 we somehow got put in suites 1 which were very disappointing. I choose suite 2 due to reviews on #1 and the pictures. The only good I can say was the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing. But we had a sewage leak that dropped on me in the kitchen from the master bath above and the furniture and kitchen items are very low quality, the foyer and utility room smelled of gas, the fridge was from a low end trailer home, the grill was trashed...

「It was a great place to stay. A little outdated but big and spacious. It only had a salt Shaker that was empty. Could use some salt and pepper and some spices. The shower pressure in the queen room facing the ocean was terrible. They other rooms they complained the beds were hard. But over all we had a great time. 」

「Nice place but not maintained well my daughters bed broke nd it took the a day to come by to fix it so she had to sleep on a broken bed not contrable the sliding doors wouldn't lock one of cabinets broken almost fell on my daughter head when she try to open , they dont pick up your trash to me not sanitary , the pool was dirty i had to let them know it took them 2 days to clean it just very bad service there many little issues there its been over a week and i still haven't got my deposit so not...

「My husband and I stayed here for a last minute trip, and it was amazing. I was worried about the reviews, but it looks like the management company has since changed or improved on the issues. After I left, I did suggest a couple of minor things and hope they reviewed my email to them. The location is wonderful, and the day passes to the resort nearby are a huge plus.
