「Excellent. Our first time at a Fairfield Inn. Very nice. Great breakfast, clean room, nice person at check in(Dana). Requested top floor, no problem. The app even remembered I had a $20 credit and applied that!. We usually use Wyndham properties for the points and because we typically travel with pets but this time we weren’t and the reviews were horrible for Wyndham in Nashville. Glad I remembered the hotels.com app!」

「The property is quite but is dirty and very cluttered. Smells like cigarette smoke when you walk in the back doorway which is the entrance. Not professional at all. It could be a fantastic place with some cleaning and organizing.」

There were no potholders or garbage bags in the trash cans other than under the kitchen sink. No icemaker in the freezer and no ice cube trays.
