「我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！
雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。
若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！
相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！」

「Staff were lovely and friendly. Complex was wonderful and the views from the unit were amazing. Convenient location for where we wanted to move around. Absolutely loved the stay at Papakea. 」

「Very nice and quiet. We loved the pool area and our corner condo on the 4th floor has the nicest view of the ocean. We were able to fit 6 people in the 2 bedroom one. Great service! 」

「The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. I do think the condo needs a little upgrade to bring it into 2021. Fixture and furniture was older and the living room twin bed was not comfortable. Patio was so cute and very secluded with large beautiful trees. 」
