「Everything about this stay was great! We were able to check-in early and online, which helped tremendously. We traveled roughly 10 hours to be there and having the chance to get into a room sooner was phenomenal. The staff was super sweet and friendly. We didn't come across one person who was rude or without a smile on their face. Wonderful stay!」

「Absolutely perfect! Hotel not too big or overly crowded, 7 floors only. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms very spacious. Breakfast buffet, although you pay $14.99 pp, was excellent. Covered parking, you do pay $11.00 per night for, but worth it. My last stay at the Phoenix did not have covered parking. We got caught in that big hail storm, not one car went undamaged. Beach area not over crowded and we went last week of June. Only complaint, pool could be larger.」
