「We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

「Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel.」

「Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.」

「George, Saba, and Ucha made everything perfect. Expect the best in class guest experience at Tsiga. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here. 」
