「Everything was perfect」

「一切都很好，除了Check in時他們會跟你說打掃時間，以後千萬要跟櫃台說每天都要打掃，不然若是答應讓他們偶爾打掃就會變成不太有人來打掃」

「Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.」

「I didn't like that we had to pay for breakfast at the "Bistro." When I called regarding charging stations nearby I was told there was one by the "Noodles & Co a short distance away. Tried them and they did not work (both of them). And the front desk did not have any info.」

「The hotel is under renovation so not the place to stay if you’re sensitive to dust or smells. But the room itself was clean and comfy. Pool also clean but abnormally warm, almost hot. Overall, pleased with our stay.」

「This is a nice hotel that was in the midst of remodeling during our stay. The pet area is very convenient and in good condition. The room was clean. My only criticism is the bedding. The sheets are so old that the pockets in the fitted sheets are for the old thin mattresses. It wouldn't be bad if they hadn't also shrunk so much that they were probably 6 inches too small. They would not fit all four corners of the bed. I went down to the lobby and they gave me other sheets to try. They...

「The staff were courteous . The hotel should let travelers know that the wifi connection is unsecured and a risk for guests. I called down to the front desk before getting the password and the staff did not know if it was a secure WIFI connection. They gave me a the room code, and I used my own new password for the access. I only found out was I logged out. The Hotel ran out of office on Thursday morning for over an hour. Breakfast/ Coffee starts late 7:30am.」

「The outlet by the sink & the air conditioner did not work. The room darkening curtains did not cover the windows.」
