「A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.」

「I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.」

「We have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 years during the Saratoga race meet. Is is very convenient to the downtown and the race track, always clean, the staff is very friendly. There is on site free parking. For such a historic inn it is very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. I highly recommend!」
