「The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids weren’t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didn’t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didn’t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband...

「We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in....
