「Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.」

There were many bugs between the windows and the covers and at the base of the covers were Kleenex to fill in the gaps. This was corrected after I noted it as a concern. 「The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.」
