「Rude and confused staff」

「Enjoyed the trip. Nice hospitality. Food should be more better. other than that everything is ok.」

「Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.」

「Road access to the facility to be improved as the current status is very bad. Also, dinner is prepared mainly by caregiver. The rate in their website is lower than the Expedia rate and the difference of Rs 1,200 to be credited back to us ASAP by Expedia」

「Slow service, Rude behaviour! Didn’t like the way they served the brrakfast. Before time everything was wrapped up and finished. Also they didn’t give the room to driver.」
