「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「Do not hesitate to stay here! My wife and I had the most memorable time during our anniversary stay here. The staff are amazing and take pride in addressing even the smallest details and effort to make guests feel at home. The location is so convenient nestled in downtown Blue Ridge with walking access to most anything you will need. We cannot wait to stay here again! 」
