「This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. The only quirky detail was the elevator system—it’s not the most efficient, but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and when we return to Bergamo, this will...

「Glimrende å komme til dekket bord (middag inkludert). Skaper en form for ro også med muligheten av å kunne ta en kopp kaffe, ett smørbrød… uten st takstametre går. Flott beliggenhet i sentrum, stort og hyggelige folk både i resepsjonen og vaskepersonalet. Så merker en i ganger, litt på utstyr som er flyttet og skruene til oppheng fortsatt ikke er fjernet - i det hele tatt at stedet preges noe av slitasje. Men ikke av atmosfæren- for den er god. 」

「Room was very neat and clean, staff were very lovely and attentive. Breakfast was free and it was fresh and delightful. It's a pet-friendly hotel, as I saw a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever.」

「The room is smaller than expected, basically no space for luggage. Too many cushions on the bed given not a comfortable sofa is provided. The pool club is pricy without upfront information and surprisingly not free for hotel guests. There is no electric kettle or coffee maker in the room. Nevertheless, the breakfast is great. 」
