「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Our Buswells stay was excellent! No complaints! Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very courteous. Just remember to book a table for drinks in the bar as space is at a premium and it’s disappointing but unavoidable if the bar is busy and consequently there are no free tables so having a drink on the premises becomes a problem! Overall it’s a lovely hotel! 」
