「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room.

「Point A liberties was a fantastic hotel. Very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was so helpful and compassionate as we had a cancelled flight home and needed a last minute two nights stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 」
