「Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.」

「Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.」

「Came in late Saturday Night, room smelled like a wet dog. Way too tired and had to be up early for dance competition to say anything. Notified house keeper in the morning. Still had a faint smell but was barely in room. Come to find a dog toy lodged between the bed and wall on last morning at the hotel.」

「Well there is a lot to unpack here, this is not a horrible hotel, I would consider staying here again as a matter of fact. Positives - the lobby looked clean and smelled clean, the staff was helpful when checking in we had to split our room payment because I was traveling with a friend and that was easy and simple. 「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「My room had bed bugs. Woke up to a couple four bites on my back. Found a living one on the pillow. Took a video and showed it to front desk. They just moved me to another room. Didn’t compensate me or discount the room charges for the night I slept with bed bugs. I used to work at a hotel and it’s pretty standard procedure to refund a guest that experiences bed bugs at our hotel. Definitely not going back.」

「Older property, decently clean, desk help was not real helpful at check in. Didn’t really like questions but the basics were taken care of. Breakfast staff very good. Check out staff was good. 」
