「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「My husband was at Shand‘s for open-heart surgery. I am so happy that I found this Condo. It was perfect to go back-and-forth from the hospital as it is only about 5 to 7 minutes away. it was super clean, stocked nicely, and the washer and dryer made it perfect. The communication from the owner is great. All kinds of shopping and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone going near Shands or UF.」
