「The front desk and housekeeping staff were not very helpful nor personable. The room’s toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was dried urine on the seat. There was also a significant roof leak in the hallway directly outside of an occupied room. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the only redeeming factor about this hotel stay. They were the nicest most helpful people working there. They made sure guests had what they needed, kept the area clean, organized, and fully stocked....

「Was disappointed we stayed 3 days and no one came into our room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths and more coffee pods, , and we told them that I was hearing impaired and needed closed caption on the tv they send a gentleman up (very nice) but he couldn’t get it to work he put in an order to switch TVs, never happened, was disappointed you had to buy breakfast, hallway floor was swept 1 time and was quite littered, pool and hot tub was great, all the folks were very nice.
