「Everything was great, extremely clean, staff very polite, area safe & really close to cruise port. Bed was much firmer than my liking, that’s my flaw not the hotel. Outside door was left open at times, rules need to be adhered to, why have a key card to enter if the guest don’t keep the door closed when exiting & entering. I have travelled the world & this Hotel was one of the best. Also restaurants & small market just a short walk.」

「位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。」

「Great hotel and very clean rooms, amazing view and awesome breakfast. The only downside was that pool was located in another building and you have to walk outside to reach it in other building which was few minutes away.」

「If you arrive early and need to store luggage go to Casali hostel- sister accommodation. Our apartment was large,clean and 5 mins walk to railway station and less to seafront promenade. Excellent value.」

「I stayed here only for a matter of hours (waiting for an early morning flight). The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly - that was the biggest takeaway for me. He helped me store my medication and everything, which I really appreciated. Thank you for a restful few hours Nuovo Alberto Operai. Hope to stay again.」

「Ich hatte ein Balkonzimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick über die Lagune und den Booten, aber sehr laut wegen der Strasse. Frühstück war für much ausreichend, gratis Parkplätze ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.」
