"Property is dated on the outside. Overall it’s pretty clean. Check-ins took way too long."

"The room was clean and the staff were respectful. But we waited for over an hour in the lobby after check in before we could get into our rooms. The lobby was overflowing with people waiting to get into their rooms. They seemed very understaffed. "

"This is definitely an urban hotel! I had no issues with it, but I grew up in New York City and am used to noise, watching out for things, and general street smarts. My room was on the 10th floor so I didn't hear much street noise when trying to sleep, but coming back to the hotel at night there were all sorts of clubbing people out (even on a Thursday) and music blaring in the streets. My room was really nice and clean and I had no problems with any of it. However, at night there was no one checking the people coming and going in the hotel lobby (and some people came in just to drink at the bar) so having anyone being able to go up in the elevators might concern some people. The hotel is for a younger, hip crowd and I would not recommend it for seniors, families, or conservative suburban people. "
