Dover 3 Stars Hotels

"We had a pull out couch in our room that our 2 children were sleeping on and when we asked for pillows we were told they didn’t have any, but the next morning we saw a supply closet open with several pillows inside. We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. Peeling paint in the pool area and the room. The air conditioner in the room kept resetting itself and not cooling the room. Overall the hotel seemed to be poorly maintained."

"The room was very nice, as well as the amenities in the room. We thought the breakfast menu was rather lacking in that the only hot food available was make your own waffles. Most other hotels we stay at offer items such as scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits, muffins, etc."

"Our large group (16) had an excellent stay here. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great and had several variations day-to-day (a surprise to us). The lighting in the rooms is also very nice, with several features to change the mood of the room, and the beds are cozy. Some minor yet negligible downsides include several unpowered charging ports, however, there were enough of them working to accommodate all of our phones and laptops. Some of our rooms had key card issues, but they were quickly resolved by the front desk! Overall we had an excellent stay, especially considering the price, and we would highly recommend any family or group staying in the Harrisburg area to consider the Holliday Inn Express!"

"Excellent stay at this hotel, close to our favourite restaurant Gilligans. Room was clean and lots of area to walk a dog. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."
