「We stayed in Hotel Galaxias for 6 nights when travelling in Rhodes. We had such a great time here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like home in this modern hotel, and feel like friends with the staff. It is a proper hotel with very clean facilities. Towels were changed and room was cleaned everyday. Quiet environment, we had good sleep there. It is not very close to the old town but still a walking distance. We rented a car so basically it was not such a big problem. Also...

「Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything...

「We got the twin room for our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our stay but it’s not a massive room. The balcony was lovely. Everything was clean and the cleaners came each day and gave fresh towels. They also provide beach towels which was really useful. The pool area was clean and a nice size and there was plenty of sun beds and the bar was a nice touch. The pool gets sun from 10:00- 18:00 each day. The staff were so accommodating and friendly.
