「The best service I've had at a hotel in a long time. Check in and check out staff were both super friendly and helpful. I left an item in the room and called the hotel after checking out and they called me back and had the item within 20 minutes. Excellent service all around and the breakfast was great too!」

「I love this hotel. If you’re travelling east from Calgary or the mountains, it comes after a long stretch of rolling Alberta hills and seems to pop up out of nowhere at the Oyen junction. It’s always super clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, the linens are crisp and fresh, and the pillows are awesome. 「A quant little stay with antique furnishings and off street parking. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, a gas heater and little couch by the window to relax. The owner was personable, friendly and made you feel at home. It is within walking distance to downtown and some restaurants. 」

This summer (2020), I didn't feel that the necessary efforts were in-place to ensure the safety of all during COVID; too many people sllowed at the pool no signage to direct people on kne side of the road or the other, no reminders to delinquants, too many kuds on the play structures at the same time and the place was fully booked.」

「Property is old and poorly maintained. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Had to wash off toilet seat before we could use it. Top edge of tub was soiled!! Tub surface was worn out & discoloured, also had a couple bugs lying dead in it. The beds, thank goodness were clean!! Light bulbs were missing in overhead lamp and lamp by the beds. Manager didn’t seem to understand me when I explained about the light bulbs! Price was reasonable but too much considering the condition of the place!!! I would NOT...
