「so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do.
as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.」
