「The amenities were unavailable. No pool, no fitness center, no business center, no sundries available. Even the restaurant/ bar were disappointing. Food was undercooked. The hotel had LESS to offer than the 2-star Comfort Inn. I should have booked there. The cost was not fair for the value.」

「Property driveway and parking area not plowed after winter storm earlier in the day, and still not plowed the next morning. My car was stuck in the driveway. No staff at the front desk in the morning. I found a snow shovel in the entrance and dug unsuccessfully for an hour until a random passing snowplow (not contracted with the motel) took pity on me, cleared a path, and the driver helped me push my car out. Appalling.」

「Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B」
