"The room you book and see in the pictures IS NOT the one you get, horrible customer service, I asked for another room the moment I arrived to no avail, and a refund After that but they kept saying there is no refund. It’s basically a scam!! I would NEVER go there again! "

"The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. "
