「The staff have not been trained very well, and that is a failing of management. I encountered a number of issues, like the door lock of my room not working and not being able to get into my room for an extended period of time, and the reaction of many members was that this was not their job. One lady literally told me that she was in "Customer Relations" so fixing my problem was not her job... Otherwise the hotel is nice. The food is very expensive and not very good. I think I would stay here...
