「Good location Staff really nice with passion I had a day tour was start early morning, so the suggested a breakfast to go, really impressive! 「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Was given a complimentary breakfast after advising an issue with room. The hotel actively offered free breakfast and addressed the issue which was so refreshing to have such service. The breakfast was excellent! Very fresh food, wide range of options. Can’t fault it and wld highly recommend. Staff and service thoughout the hotel are brilliant! We’ll be back for sure. 」
