「Was double charged for the room, watch your bill when checking out, the incidental card was charged after previously paying. First time staying there a couple weeks ago they ran out of breakfast by 8:30 and didn’t replace anything, plan early if you want to have breakfast. You’re limited in Franklin though on choices.」

「Clean room! Clean bathroom. Good shower. Good service. Good parking. Across from Buccees is convenient location.」

「From the moment we entered the Inn, it was like stepping back into time. We were amazed at how well preserved the property was, all while offering all of the present day comforts and amenities. We were immediately welcomed by Michael at the front desk. He was very nice and showed us around the property, and we felt at home. Our stay was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return. 」

「Room was updated and very clean. My 7 year old kept saying how good it was. With that said, the hotel is old, and might appear sketchy to some from the outside. I gave it a chance, being that it was 3-4x cheaper than things available in College Station and we literally only needed a place to sleep for 8 hours.
