"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback...
