「We overall had a good experience I was excited they had new services such as a spa and Starbucks.. My only complaints are my TV did not work the entire first night of our stay and I could never get a Starbucks.. Even though I was told it was open till 2pm I never was able to catch a Barista working.. My MIL did early the last morning of our stay though and the worker was extremely rude and seemed bothered by her expecting service. I think it's extremely important for a hotel to have employees...

「We have stayed here often enough to know what to expect and are rarely disappointed. While most everything was great, as usual, we were disappointed that all hot breakfast items were cold. Granted it was 8:15, so late in the serving period, but I'd like to think that, if you're going to serve a "hot" breakfast, ALL guests deserve a hot breakfast.」

「Everything was fabulous. My only personal issue was that the mattress was firm, but many people prefer that. I was in an accessible king suite with tub and shower. The suite was spacious and amazing. The tub was deep and had jets (not accessible, though). My only tiny complaint was that the mini fridge was behind a cabinet door and they opened opposite directions which would have been more difficult if I was in a wheelchair. If I need a hotel in the area in the future, I will absolutely stay...
