「Nice and clean」

「I was on vacation, I didn't even check the hotels gym area. The staff was very friendly and there was staff visibly cleaning all the time. The morning buffet was average and the employees staffing buffet were very attentive and closely monitoring the food and breakfast seating area. The room was great, comfy bed, nice linens, and nicely sized room. 「Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage.
