「Clean room and nice staff but…. We stayed for 4 nights and we were told there would be no cleaning. Whilst I don’t have a major issue with that, it would have been nice to have been provided with more towels as they were insufficient for 4 people for 4 nights. It would also have been nice to have more than 2 toilet rolls for a family of 4 for 4 days rather than me having ti go to reception and ask for more! But the main issue is that I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised...

「The hotel is easy to find, and the room was clean and quiet—we slept very well. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. and includes egg-and-cheese sandwiches made by the lovely woman at the front desk. Cereal with milk, and instant noodles are also avaliable. She also kindly gave me a delicious steamed sweet potato—thank you! Coffee, ice, and cold water are available all day. There are plenty of convenient places to eat nearby, and getting around is easy. We’d recommend staying...

「It is far away from Daegu town city. You can go there by Express bus no.1 which pass by Dondaegu station and Daegu airport. Walk along the pavement upward after get off at the terminal bus stop at Palgong. The hotel is near by palgong hot spring hotel. The road were very beautiful that planted full of cherry blossom. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Maybe communicate with staff in English is normal since they are nice and helpful. One more reminder，Palgong cablecar is closed on Monday.」
