"I had such a wonderful stay at the Iris Hotel Cape Cod! The location is truly ideal: just a short drive from the beach and the ferry, and only minutes away from downtown Falmouth. There are plenty of great dining options nearby within walking distance, including a cozy local favorite, Jack’s Restaurant. And if you’re staying in for the night, Jones Tavern is right inside the hotel — the perfect spot to grab a drink or a bite without going far. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"This hotel was amazing for my kids. The pool was free (contrary to what I had read elsewhere), and had a giant Mayflower 80-foot long waterslide and hot tub atop “Plymouth rock.” They also had an arcade room (not free), that my kids enjoyed looking around in. There was a laundromat across the street that took credit cards, so doing our laundry there was just a 2-minute drive up the street. My kids range in age from 7–16, and this was their favorite hotel out of the 14 we have stayed in so far this summer. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. No breakfast included, unfortunately, although there was a restaurant you can eat breakfast in. "

"The property is super convenient to the Downtown location. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a lot of food places and a club down the street. Not disruptive at all. We parked on the street on the weekend, and it was completely free. Overall, was very nice stay! "
