Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful. Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!」

「Communication about transportation was horrible. But everything was clean and food was good. Not all restaurants were open though.」

「The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. The location is great - on a marvellous beach. The area has a plethora of good restaurants and yoga places. The hotel was clean. They were renovating the hotel when we were there, but we hardly noticed it. The electricity supply was not entirely stable, so be careful if you have important online meetings. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's part of the atmosphere. I hope to get the chance to visit again. Warm recommendations from here. 」

「I stayed at this hotel in March 2024 and this is, so far, my top 1 hotel I've stayed at in Colva. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great! 「My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel.」

「WE had a great time at this place. We diden´t Expect to much, except that we will be close to the beach. So we did. Roms are ok, and if you want Room cleaning you have to let then know, or ells it want be done. The service was great. Well some time then forget to se if you need someting more, but ells, the service is good. Great people that work there, in restaurant and resection.
