「The room was clean on arrival, but housekeeping did not come to remove garbage, bring towels or toilet paper. There were no towels in the pool air」

「No real restaurant at the property. No breakfast offerings. Only sandwiches and fries later in the day. The worst coffee ever offered as complimentary in the am. NOT DRINKABLE」

「The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.」

「Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean with beautiful river view, the onsite Starbucks is super convenient and it’s very convenient to downtown campus. 」

「Beware of the rooms facing the city. Freight trains blow their whistles all night and they are close and loud!」
