「This property — via its employees — needs to be forthcoming and transparent about the almost-$10 hidden “resort fee” it charges for pool use and for patronizing — paying money to, mind you — other businesses in its vicinity, including other hotels as well as casinos, apparently. The existing pillows were rock hard, very heavy, and unusable. I was told that they just ordered these new pillows but did not order anything other than hard ones.
