「床單上有5-6根頭髮，沙發髒，隔間窗台油漆掉落，牆壁壁紙沒貼好、廁所一盞燈壞了沒修。我們房間邊間，所以有飯店EXIT門在旁邊，清晨5點多-9點陸續有巨大關門聲⋯非常吵吵吵」

「I really enjoyed staying here. It's a long way from downtown Rapid City, but the good thing is that there are Uber and Lyft options, which made transportation easier for me. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. I also appreciate the kindness of the waitresses at Minervas Restaurant, as I had a delicious meal and they were very helpful. Thank you very much.」

「Everything was very good. The staff would send you messages just to check on you to make sure everything was going well which I thought was impressive. If there was one downfall maybe it was the breakfast could’ve been a little bit better but overall I’m very happy with my stay」

「The cabin we stayed at was clean and well maintained, the amenities provided were good, toaster and microwave and coffee maker included. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The location of Pine Haven was great because it's a short drive to Keystone, Mount Rushmore, and also not too far away from Rapid City and the airport.」

「Great B & B !! Clean Rooms, very personized, showed room and made sure everything was perfect! They have a common room with water, ice, coffee, shared refrigerator, snacks, comfortable seating area, etc. they have a restaurant bar and grill, entertainment, great food, and the free full breakfast off their menu. Owners and staff were great to meet and made you fell very welcomed. Highly recommend! Bob R」

「Just an absolute gorgeous location and the room was so quiet and clean and comfortable and Shelly and Todd even thought of little things such as having a set of chargers for both Android and iphone in the room. Fresh linens every day if you wanted too!! Both were so personable and helpful and gave great information/advice about activities and what to do. 」

「The host went way beyond by accommodating a special request I was asking about. Clean home. Comfy home. 」

「My stay was okay. The apartment was in a basement and the photos or promotion gave no indication that it was a basement apartment. There were people partying in the apartment above us. Also, the entry was in an ally way and didn't seem safe. 」

「Loved this historic home— charming, spacious for our group of 7! Nice and close to downtown. Great homebase for our family wedding trip. Rapid City provided us a great home from which we explored the Badlands and Wall Drug, the Black Hills (Spearfish and Bridal Veil Falls), Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse monument, and even Devils Tower in Wyoming. All this and a wedding within 5 days! Thanks for a great home to warm up in after the chilly spring winds.」
