「We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. 「Very convenient being located in downtown and also easy in getting to I 90 if leaving to do other activities outside of Rapid City. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase」

「A lot of the water park was closed during our stay. Our room was large with a nice kitchen and fridge set up. This was nice. The handicap accessible shower was terrible. Every time someone showered you had a pool of water all over the bathroom. When we checked into the room there was hard shredded cheese on the kitchen floor. So it could have been cleaner.」

The owners are awesome along with their staff! Also close to everything you would want to see in the rapid city area!」
